Alright Scotty, I watched some of Heroes tonight at Sue & Rich's on the hot new 32" LCD HD TV and I don't get it. Not only do I not get what's going on, I don't get why it's good. So...the challenge is for you to blog your defense of why it's so fantastic. I mean, it's not like it's the Greatest American Hero or anything. Now THAT was a great show.Seriously, the show felt painfully slow, convoluted, vague in a bad way and just plain boring. Now, I do acknowledge that my steady of diet of the first 5 seasons of 24 very well may have warped my perception of what is fast vs. slow.
Help me understand why Heroes is great?
Okay, so it's about real people who are superheroes. I mean, what else does it take? Of course, I understand why it may not be absorbing if you try to get into it without watching the ones that came before it.
